Who is up for joining in my 5 Day Clean Eating Event that starts up on Monday May 11th?

Did you know that the success of your wellness goals are 20% fitness & 80% NUTRITION?
I don’t know about you but I love my carbs and have a bad sweet tooth { DO NOT JUDGE } but I am constantly learning new ways to fuel my body properly in relation to my goals.
I thought it would be fun to host another 5 Day Clean Eating Challenge to help myself and all of YOU really get a good handle on their nutrition, build/teach healthy habits and have the accountability to stay on track for a entire week!!
In just one week, challengers lost 4-8 lbs, lost the bloat, gained energy, slept better, lost inches, felt less stressed and so much more. Amazing right? #mindblowing

4) Take part in drawings for daily prizes

What is expected of you –

1) Commit 100% for 5 Days
2) Take Before & After Pics (do not have to share)
3) Report to & post in the group daily
