Welcome to the AUGUST Mini Exercise Challenge, I am so excited that you decided to join us. I know how short summer is & how busy everyone is, so the summer challenges will be quick & easy to follow! Don’t worry you will be keeping your exercise habit going & will be building some muscle all summer long too! I myself am feeling over whelmed so needed to simplify things! I honestly can’t believe its already August & School is about to start up again…can someone please tell me what happened to my Summer???

START WITH YOUR BASE EXERCISES EVERYDAY & THEN DO YOUR SQUATS. WE WILL ADD ON TO THE BASE EXERCISES EACH WEEK, BUT FOLLOW THE SQUAT CHART DAILY.
EXERCISES TO DO DAILY
1.) ONE PLANK EACH DAY (START BY TRYING TO HOLD FOR 1 MINUTE & ADD ON EACH WEEK)
2.) WALL SQUAT (START BY HOLDING FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN & ADD ON EACH WEEK)
3.) BURPEE (START OUT WITH 10 WE WILL ADD ON TO THIS NUMBER EACH WEEK)
4.) CHAIR DIPS (START OUT WITH 10 & WORK UP EACH WEEK)
4.) BICYCLE CRUNCHES (START OUT WITH 10 & WE WILL ADD ON EACH WEEK.)
LET’S MAKE THIS SUMMER COUNT
Join in the group & have fun, Customize the challenge so it works for YOU, just COMMIT TO CHECKING IN ONCE PER DAY…YOU NEED TO STAY ACCOUNTABLE! The BIG thing is you want to build or keep the daily exercise habit!
Do what you can, push yourself, but listen to your body…we have challengers taking part from all fitness levels, so everyone will not be able to do the same amount of exercise. Don’t sell yourself short either. Take a before pic (front & back) & then again at the end…I am willing to bet you will see improvement in your BODY.
