Who is up for joining in my 5 Day Clean Eating Event that starts up on Monday August 10th?

I don’t know about you but I love my carbs and have a bad sweet tooth { DO NOT JUDGE } but I am constantly learning new ways to fuel my body properly in relation to my goals.

I thought it would be fun to host another 5 Day Clean Eating Challenge to help myself and all of YOU really get a good handle on our nutrition, build/teach healthy eating habits and have the accountability to stay on track for a entire week!! In the last Clean Eating Group I hosted, challengers lost 4-8 lbs, lost the bloat, gained energy, slept better, lost inches, felt less stressed and so much more, all in just one week,. Amazing right? #mindblowing
