Ingredients
  • 1 (6-inch) whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce, no sugar added
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 oz. broiled chicken breast, boneless, skinless, chopped
  • ¼ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
  • 4 slices medium tomato

  10. Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  11. ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  12. oz. broiled chicken breast, boneless, skinless, chopped
  13. ¼ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
  14. slices medium tomato
  15. Preparation
  16. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  17. Place tortilla on baking sheet. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
  18. Spread tortilla with tomato sauce; top with basil, mushrooms, chicken, cheese, and tomato slices.
  19. Bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
