Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

Great healthy snack and came in under 140 calories!
- Yoplait lite White Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt (or any flavor you like)
- Fresh Fruit (as you can see I used strawberries)
- Fat Free Cool Whip (I used 3 tablespoons)
Just layer the ingredients starting with the yogurt, then fruit, then cool whip & repeat!
When you get tempted to eat cake or cookies or candy this will satisfy your craving & nourish your body
