Fruit & Yogurt Parfait


Think outside the box! Use your imagination , make healthy meals & snacks that look inviting & that you like! Fruit & yogurt parfait, way better than plain yogurt for my afternoon snack!

Great healthy snack and came in under 140 calories!


  • Yoplait lite White Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt (or any flavor you like)
  • Fresh Fruit (as you can see I used strawberries)
  • Fat Free Cool Whip (I used 3 tablespoons)


Just layer the ingredients starting with the yogurt, then fruit, then cool whip & repeat!

When you get tempted to eat cake or cookies or candy this will satisfy your craving & nourish your body
