21 Days to Christmas Challenge
I am starting up a new 21 Day group…21 Days to Christmas which will start on November 30th. This is my year end resolution, just putting it out there for Accountability,
So here is my year end resolution are some of the same things on your list?:
1.) Get rid of 10 ugly pounds,
2.) Cut out sugar,
3.) Cut down on red meat,
4.) Eat something fomented each day,
5.) Get in at least 8,000 steps a day (preferably more than 10,000),
6.) Clean up my diet & combine my food choices more wisely so that my body will absorb the nutrients better,
7.) Spend more time in prayer,
8.) Drink my Shakeology religiously,
9.) Work out at LEAST 5 days per week,
10.) Drink more water
11.) To take as many people as possible on this journey with me…it really motivates me to help others find success on their health & fitness journey.
I know it’s the holiday season & you will be busy, but checking in & reading the daily posts will NOT take you more than 10 minutes a day. I will also help you with meal planning & prepping if that is something you would like to try (not required but recommended) Let’s get serious now, why wait for January & a New Years resolution that usually never happens.
